Hyperdive is Dr Oliver Firth. I offer a full range of medicals for recreational and commercial divers, seafarers, swimmers and the offshore industry. These include the HSE, ENG 1, ML5, Offshore Energies UK (formerly Oil & Gas UK), and all recreational diving agency medicals (eg. PADI, BSAC, SSI, RAID, SAA, CMAS etc.)

Please make every effort to arrive punctually for your appointment. Do take travelling time into consideration, and make provision for traffic jams or delays on public transport. Please contact me if you suspect you are going to be late, to discuss whether your assessment can still take place.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible for you to be seen, and you may need to make another appointment. This ensures I can adhere to the appointment schedule, and that all patients receive an excellent level of service. Putting late patients ahead of those already waiting inconveniences those patients who have arrived on time.

If you are delayed I will do my best to accommodate you, but in those circumstances where I cannot, any fees already paid are non-refundable.

Hyperdive is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations to your appointment as far in advance as possible, and at the latest 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, please notify us by 2:00 pm on the preceding Friday.

We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but if prior notification is not given, or given outside of the timescales outlined above, any fees paid are non-refundable. You can notify us by using the contact form on the website, via email, or by calling:

Please note that I do not provide an emergency or recompression service. If you are concerned you may have decompression illness (DCI, or "The Bends"), please contact your nearest hyperbaric chamber, via the British Hyperbaric Association website, or by calling the BHA Emergency Helpline on 07831 151523.
